How Do You Increase Testosterone Levels?
There are a number of different ways to increase your testosterone levels, both medically and naturally:
Medical Options:
The most common solution prescribed by medical doctors is: Testosterone Replacement Therapy or TRT. TRT introduces synthetic testosterone into your body through one of three methods: injections, gels or patches. While many men see results using one of the above Testosterone Replacement Therapy options, there are certain disadvantages to TRT. One is the possibility for serious allergic reactions and even more serious side effects. The other disadvantage is the ongoing expense of such treatments, which are not necessarily covered by health insurance.
Natural Options:
There are a number of natural options which will help increase testosterone levels, including: diet, exercise, certain dietary supplements and herbs. While a good diet, and regular exercise can help to keep your testosterone from declining, they are often not enough to increase your testosterone back to youthful levels, which is ideally what you would like to do if you want to reverse the negative symptoms of and serious health risks of low testosterone (Low T).
Probably the most safe and effective way to increase testosterone levels back to youthful levels is through the use of a rainforest herb which has been successfully used for centuries in Asia to increase sexual performance. This herb, known as eurycoma longifolia (the scientific name) or more commonly as tongkat ali or pasak bumi, has been shown to be effective in numerous scientific and clinical studies conducted in Asia, the US and other countries.
Tongkat Ali (Pasak Bumi) does not put testosterone into your body like Testosterone Replacement Therapy (injections, gels and patches) do; rather it stimulates you body to produce its own testosterone (in the testes in men, or in the case of women, in the ovaries). For this reason, there are no negative side effects such as are often experienced when artificially putting testosterone into the body (especially synthetic testosterone which is used in Testosterone Replacement Therapy).
